Talk about stand up, stand out, and show people what Christ means to you...

Today was incredible! Matt Lebrun was the first person I've ever seen stand up on our lunch room table and totally profess his love for Christ at Dutchtown High School. It made us Christians get chills and feel the Holy Ghost, while yet it made some laugh and some teachers totally freak out. It was crazy awesome and I got to witness it. I was actually sitting right next to Matt as he stood up. It was the most amazing thing I've ever seen while attending Dutchtown High School. It made me feel proud that someone would take the stand and do something I would love to do, but God's going to have to continue to get the fear out of me if that's something He would like me to do. It was awesome though and he didn't get in any real trouble, actually our principal totally loved it from what Matt said. But I thought no matter what happens, if he gets in trouble or not that it's ok to have to suffer for the cause of Christ. I say that knowing that it's super difficult even to do the small things for God, but He's working in all of us. Have a blessed day, and I hope this was something that encouraged you.

As she fights for our generation...Let's fight for her life!

As some of you may know, Mrs. Amy Stockstill, Pastor Joel's wife from Bethany, has been in the hospital fighting for her life. I just wanted to take a minute to ask y'all to pray for her. The Power of Prayer is INCREDIBLE! I'm totally in shock that while she was in the hospital that her husband was preaching at Bethany's youth conference. I can hardly believe how much faith that would've taken. I'm thankful that him and his wife have been fighting for our lost and dying generation. Please take a minute and just lift her up in prayer. You might think I'm crazy, but just as there were 1500 kids praying for her outside the hospital the other day, we got to do the same on Wednesday night at Refuge. God totally showed up and it was AWESOME! That's about it. I just wanted to make sure to let y'all know she desperately needs your prayer. As I write this, I just heard they are having all night prayer tonight for her. I understand what the doctors are saying but our GOD IS MUCH BIGGER!!! SO LET'S JOIN TOGETHER AND PRAY!!!
